Optimize Photos Minimal Light or Night at Huawei Nova 3i with Super Night Mode
Recently, Huawei invited Jabodetabek media to take the Monthly Media Meet Up with the topic of Huawei Nova 3i Super Night Mode at Hause Rooftop, MD Tower 2, Jakarta.
On this occasion, Huawei had the opportunity to explore the capabilities of the Super Night Mode or Handheld Night Mode feature that just appeared on Nova 3i in the latest update.
Advent Jose as the Product Marketing Manager of Huawei Device Indonesia also explained that the Super Night Mode feature was present in the EMUI 8.2.0 version update with firmware version INE-LX20 8.2.0.131 in Nova 3i.
According to him, this Super Night Mode or Handheld Night Mode feature will strengthen the ability of photography with artificial intelligence or Artificial Intelligence (AI) owned by Nova 3i in low light and night conditions.
At a glance, the Super Night Mode feature can assist in the detection of AI, ranging from the grip, lighting, anti-shock processing, and so on when Nova 3i users take pictures in low light or night conditions, the results will be brighter and sharper than the photo mode Auto.
On this occasion, we and other media also had the opportunity to try the Nova 3i unit that was brought by Huawei. You could say that the low light conditions and the evenings at Hause Rooftop are very supportive of using Super Night Mode.

- First, open the camera application from Huawei Nova 3i
- Next, swipe left on the default camera application to bring up many photography modes
- Then, Select Night Mode
- Later Night will appear in the default camera application which indicates that Night Mode is active
- Next, aim at objects and the surrounding environment
- After feeling right, immediately press the Shutter button
- Then, the default camera application will show a few seconds the time taken to take photos with Night Mode
For the record, we did not specify the ISO or the Shutter Speed of Night Mode because AI will determine the number of seconds needed when Nova 3i takes light photos or even at night.
