OPTICXCESS -- Since the beginning of the launch of the first generation of Pixel phones, Google has offered a benefit for the hosts of the mobile phone, which is unlimited cloud storage capacity on Google Photos, for photos with native resolution.
However, now the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL phones that have just been launched, apparently do not get these benefits.
Based on the information contained on the Pixel 4 product page, Google only provides unlimited storage benefits for the highest quality photos at "high quality", not "original".
"Google Photos offers free unlimited online storage for high-quality photos and videos," Google said in a footer on the Pixel 4 product page.
"Photos and videos that are uploaded may be compressed or reduced in size (size)," the statement continued.

However, the owners of this cellphone can actually upload photos with the original quality, but they are only given free storage media of 15 GB, the same as Google Photos users in general.
It's not clear why Google doesn't provide this extra benefit to Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL users.
Moreover, they did not disclose the benefits of unlimited storage as a selling point at the launch of the cell phone.
Previously, most Pixel phones were equipped with this advantage, except Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL.
That makes sense because the two phones are "cheap" versions of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, which have some trimmed features.
