Japan Issues Prohibition To Use Huawei Networks In Its Country

Anti-Huawei waves have not stopped until the United States and Australia alone.

Now, Japan is also participating in issuing a ban on the use of Huawei network devices in the country.

It seems that the big decision was taken by the Japanese government to prevent the risk of security threats for serious networks.

The wave of prohibition was pioneered by the United States government which stated that network devices from Huawei forwarded information to the Chinese government.

Of course Huawei itself rejects such threats in its network devices; steps that are not too effective to persuade the American government to lift the ban.

It turned out that not only until America, the superpower also persuaded other countries who were allies to participate in prohibiting the use of these Huawei devices.

This made Australia participate in the anti-Huawei movement, and revoke all of its devices from important areas in its network.

Before that, New Zealand also followed America's steps to reject the existence of network devices from the Chinese telecommunications company.

The country blocks all Huawei devices sold through its regional provider, Spark.

In addition, this country also took a step further by saying it would not use the device for its 5G network.

The Japanese government is the latest player in this wave, and stopped purchasing all devices from Huawei and ZTE.

According to a report written by Reuters and disclosed by unnamed sources, the government's decision was taken based on the need to improve national defense from cyber attacks and leakage of important information.

The decision will be announced by the Japanese government on Monday, in the form of a new policy.

Japanese government spokesman Yoshihide Suga also said cyber security occupies the highest position in the country, and steps to secure it will be taken from various sides
